    Who's going to foot the bill for those incentives? This is just another example of the government pushing its green agenda without considering the financial strain it puts on hardworking individuals and businesses.

    I agree with Chen, seems like a good idea but is it going to fall to the homeowner to pay for this? There must be a more the government can do to help.
